STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
You'll start with a consultation with Ricky so he understands you personal goals and performance needs. Next, you'll complete a physical assessment under Ricky's guidance so he can analyze the way your body moves, your deficiencies and strengths. This will give him the information he needs to design a personalized and periodized program to build strength, dexterity, and endurance, for whatever life demands of you.
SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY: MENTAL COACHING
With Masters' in Counseling Psychology and Positive Coaching, Ricky works with athletes to overcome psychological barriers that may be preventing optimal performance. He supports athletes in meeting their highest threshold in performance through mental coaching. It's a perfect service to couple with any of his physical performance coaching services.
Mobility is key to reaching peak performance and preventing injury. Ricky utilizes a range of modalities to increase athletes' range of motion and malleability to meet the demands of life. He uses functional exercises to increase mobility, thereby enabling proper movement and activating those go-muscles that do the work in demanding situations.
